If your browser is having problems not finding or loading the applet used to access hushmail, here are the instructions given to me by thier support team and it worked like a charm. 1. Delet all temporary internet files, the applet is stored in a cache and there could be some conflict regarding an older cache in your files. 2. Go to the hushmail homepage and hit the refresh button allowing the page to fully load before typing in your username, this will allow the applet to reload into your browser. 3. If this dont work be sure you are running a newer version of Microsoft IE or Netscape Navigator, the applet is java based and older browsers my not suppor the java console. 4. If you use Internet Explorer go into the internet advanced section of your internet options list under the tools button, and make sure the java console under microsoft VM section is enabled. The first two steps got my hush back on track, and I thought this may come in handy to anyone else having a problem loading the applet. peace, ------------------     | ||

Also if you have AOL service its blocking hushmail for some reason just use netscape or something else to bring it up. That was my problem | ||
