Im going to exercise my right on this forum to bring resolution on a matter that has been ongoing for month now. Yes, it is in reference to a purchase of product for a family member of mine which I brokered for him. Due to my naive initial trust for the source, based in part from the person who recommended him to me, it came to my attention that the funds which I set were not received by the source. I was told that his countries customs agency searched and stole the funds concealed within the packaging. Although probable and plausible, my initial cynicism reigns supreme, never the less I can't prove or disprove this suppliers statement. Within 2 month time I have been jumping through hoops, being given statements by this supplier that have not come to fruition. I am looking for some resuloution to this matter, I a sick of agonizing over my brother money. Therefore, if by November 1st I do not receive specific legitimate information as to the future of this shipment, whether it will be sent to me or not. I will post the name, Nickname(S) Icq, AOL, E-mail, and home address of this individual to every Anabolic/Bodybuilding forum I currently participate in. I'm tired of the games, are you reading this right now? My resolve is being tested I want some closure in this issue. You have by November 1st to give me definitive information, no more bullshit. It starts here, it continues onward at elite, then I will spread you personal information, across the internet like a plaque. Do not test my dedication on this issue, with as much information as I have recorded. I will e-mail, phone , or fax, a copy of every non-verbal textual communication between us, not to you or your countries authorities, but directly to your family. My patience has been generous, I have been kind. This ends! I appologize to the members of Elite Fitness who want nothing more than to see a "scammer" exposed. I am not prepared to deem this person a "scammer" at the moment. Somewhat similar to Twisted Steel's delima, this order was not for me, but for a friend. First, I want to thank all of you for the support. Not so much for my own cause personally, but for all of us who have been screwed by the unscrupulous suppliers Here is the state of affairs at the moment. I have received a reply from this individual bringing resolution to my concerns. Yet this brings me little comfort. This young man is highly unprofessional, inexperienced, and playing around in a business that could very well lead to serious consequences. He seems to handle everyone's business with ambivalence and indifference. Besides, I have heard this song and dance twice already, so I can�t be blamed for not believing him now. Therefore, I will issue this statement to all members of elite fitness as well as the subsidiary boards I belong too. This young man must be taught that unprofessional behavior comes with consequences. Here is what I am proposing: As of the 24th of this month I have been given word that this situation has come to an end. Therefore, I will allow 2 weeks grace period for the safe arrival of the particular parcel I ordered. In that time I urge anyone reading this post who is currently negotiating or communicating with a single supplier based within the African Continent to e-mail me for the details on his business practices. I will confirm his name address and supply my personal experience on this issue.
FYI, improper packaging after this much time I hope will not prove to be an impediment. If the packaging proves to be as unprofessional as your current business resulting in its Seizure all bets are off!
