I am starting my first Deca cycle 10 weeks long currently weigh 160 10%bf;week 1=200mg w2-300mg w3-w7=400mg w8=300mg w9=200mg w10=100mg. Post cycle Clenbuterol and L-DOPA (I really don't have much to work with) What do you think? Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated. PS Looking to gain quality lean muscle mass

No- post cycle clomid is more like it, in addition the week at 100mg, totally uneccesary, axe it. You want to pyramid, that will be fine, it is not necessary, however the taper still is as far as I am concerned. One more time so I make myself very clear-GET CLOMID.
P.S.- THE L-DOPA and the clen will be fine also, in addition to the clomid.

thats a prettly long cycle for deca alone, get the CLOMID if u can man.

We are talking about a steroid with a long half-life, and low androgenic properties. Personally, I would do 800mg the first week, followed by 400 for 7 more weeks without a taper. Taper has fallen out of vogue with me since I figured out how deca does somewhat of a taper due to its long half-life. Follow the cycle with the usual clomid regimin that everyone knows and loves.

Damn BC you going to get the boy a bra with it. You do know by the second week his body will be housing 1200mg of Deca. Thats a lot of Deca for a first timer. I have found over the years that anything really over 400mgs a week doesn't do anything more for me. Might just be the way my body is set up.
