On days that I lift I eat 10% more calories maybe 15% on leg day. This works real well for me and if I stick with it for a few weeks I can see an increase in strength and cuts. So, would it make sense to take a little more oral AS on the days I lift as well? I am guessing that it might increase the anabolic activity in synergy with the extra food. The body adapts to the same thing, same WO, same diet, etc...so would varying the AS intake be of benefit or is it a waste of money? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

After reading some posts the other day on loading dbol before workouts, I tried it today (2 pills about 30 minutes before instead of my normal 1 every 4 hours...) and I think it got me a little more "up..." The increase in blood pressure, pulse, etc. will definitely give you a boost!
