Is there any benifit for me to do a cuting cycle. im 24% bodyfat, 6', 225lbs, and i cant seem to loose the fat. i just tried clen, was only on for 2 weeks strait, was gonna do 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, then on again, but i have gained 2-3 lbs in the last 2 weeks, so i decided to quit with the clen. i took 5 tabs a day, i didnt do a strict low calorie diet, but i ate really clean, and i did 3-4 days a week of cardio, for 45minutes a day, and lifted heavy on those days also, but only gained weight. i wanted to drop my body fat, then go on my sus/deca/dbol cycle, and bulk up. i have done searches on this subject, and cant get a strait answer, so what i want to know is if i would benifit from a cutting cycle. | ||

Personally I would go for T3, Clen and some as such as winstrol or dbol. Only use the as if you are worried about losing muscle as well as fat. Do the T3 for 3 wks and Clen 2 wks on 2 wks off for 10 wks, when you have 2 wks off on the clen use ECA stack. Should drop bf levels to 15-16%. you probably gained some muscle weight, so thats why the scale increased. Also, watch your diet. You should cycle normal calorie days with low calorie days to trick your body. Dont eat any carbs unless they are vegetables after 6pm. With that much bodyfat I wouldnt do a sus cycle. A cutting cycle sounds good, but only cause you want to keep you body from going in to negative nitrogen balance on a low calorie diet | ||

I'm with HayesJ on this one. Except for the gear aspect. I agree that you probably gained muscle weight and are retaining water from the clen. Give your body a couple days to shed any extra water and try weighing yourself again. Now as far as weighing yourself goes, don't do it. EVER. Not for like 6 months or even three months from the time you start to diet. Use a mirror for a gauge if you must but stay away from the scale. The scale confuses a lot of people and it can lead to negative thinking ie. "should I do a cutting cycle after dieting for two weeks and it not working". Get bodyfat done if you want to gauge it that way. As far as gear goes stay away from it. Check it out bro I was 230 at approx. 28% at one time. Just by lifting (no cardio) and eating right I went to 205 with approx. 10%. Now I'm 240 with like 13%, but I'm bulking right now. Here is the bad news it took me a full year to get from 230 to 205. But if you add cardio you'll drop weight much more quickly than I did. Also I did it totally clean, no eca, no clen, and no gear. So having the first two at yopur disposal will help tremendously too. Save the gear for after you lose the weight bro. You don't need to lse the weight and shouldn't use it to lose the weight. The term "cutting cycle" doesn't apply to Jenny Craig type weight loss situations. | ||

trust me man go for the Finaplix. it has done wonders for me and is cheap and readily available. you will gain some mass on it but thats not the whole reason for it. i used it for 4 months now only because i am still loseing weight. i was at 32% bodyfat but thats from the measuring of the neck and waiste and using a chart. i still use that method only because to get an acurate measure of bodyfat loss you have to do it the same way all the time. now im at 20% and just started a sust cycle of 500mg a week. i feel a whole lot better. trust me man Fina is the way to go. | ||

Give it time and remember to eat clean.Having said that, don't worry too much about throwing in a cheat day here and there.The t3 will take care of the fat from the junk food. | ||

You need disappline man.Eat 1500 calories a day and lift.Don't matter when you eat it,just stick to your calorie limit and lift. Don't listen to the fat ass who's been on fina 4 months.Wait till he goes off.He's a loser with no testicles and will bloat big time as soon as he's off. If A.S.was a substitute for long term dietary disappline they would be a hell of a lot more popular.Cutting cycles are for muscle moutains who are dieting for a show and need help keeping huge mass,or addicts that are on all the time anyway. Don't be a loser with small balls.Diet down to sub 10% and then do a few short cycles once your natural lifting peaks to help you get more muscle. Fuck the scale,it's meaningless.Go by a mourning tape measure on your belly.There is a good calculator at weights.net that will give you an idea on where you stand. People that turn to drugs as a substitute for dietary and lifting will power are a blight on the sport.This is why A.S.is illeagal,trying to protect these lame asses from themselves. Oh yeah,quit beer compleatly and try some e/c and water for partying. | ||

man get the bodyfat down or off naturally, then get ahold of some winstrol, primobolan, deca, and some sustanon or primotest, oh and some equipoise, and some clenbuterol and you will be able to harden up the rest after you have dropped the bulk of fat naturally. | ||

The only thing that is stopping you from losing fat is carbs, You need to eliminate all carbs and do a cutting cycle with T3 AND clen. As a matter of fact, if you are very serious, try DNP, lots of cardio, no carbs, and with other roids like fina/eq/winny | ||

Would only use fina if you are wanting to supplemet it with something like T3 or clen. Fina will increase muscle and very very slightly decrease body fat...from my personal experience. B True | ||

Hey Bro- This is how you go from 24% bf to 8-10%... A friend of mine was at 21%bf and i hooked him up with a plan and he got down to 6% in 5 months. -Start out with DNP... 3 days at 600mg, 11 days at 400mg.. There you have it, you will be one lean mofo | ||

Fat guys like I used to be, benefit the most from good cardio and an effective fat burning stack. I would stick with Clen, T3 and ECA at the start. If you take T3, make sure you mix a non-aromitizing steroid like winny, etc. When you become a veteran, might try DNP. | ||
