Bros, I'm in week 3 of an Omna/d-bol cycle (my first cycle!) and have been making great gains. I've been taking 500mg of omna every week and 6 tabs (spaced out every 4 hours) a day of Metanabol (polish d-bol). I've also been taking 1-3 tabs of Russian Bioreaktor D-bol an hour before my workouts. Over the last week or so, I have started noticing that my nipples seem puffy. I dunno if I'm being paranoid, but I've been taking Nolvadex @20 mg for the last few days just to be safe. My nipples don't seem to be any less perky, so I took 40mg of Nolvadex for the last two days. My question is: how do I know if I'm getting gyno? I would assume that this is the first stage (perky nipples) so i don't want it to get any worse. How long will the Nolva take to control this, or is this simply a side -effect of the gear that will go away? I have already tapered my d-bol down to 3 a day (and no Russians) and I'm wondering if I should discontinue using now? Would the quick drop in test levels from stopping use suddenly aggravate this condition? Anyone who has had similar experiences might be able to help me. I'd like to continue with the cycle because I look and feel great -- but not if I have to walk away from it with bitch-tits! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Anabolicum, I have seven weeks left on the Omnadren (10 weeks total) and I was going to do 3 more weeks on the D-bol, tapered down to 4 a day for two weeks and two a day for the last week. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

If you are going to continue with the rest of the cycle, you should consider getting some arimidex. The nolvadex will compete with the estrogen for receptor sites in breast tissue, but it would be better to stem the production of estrogen with arimidex. If you can get it(arimidex), the nolvadex should hold you until then. In my opinion, I would not want to go another 7 weeks using just the nolva, but of course it is up to you. Just keep a very close eye on it. Do breast exams for lumps a few times a day. Also, run your nipples under water in the shower and see if they are sore at all.
