Hey guys. I have taken B5 at ten grams a day for 5 days and my acne was going away pretty good, then today some new ones came out. I'm still on the B5. I am thinking of adding Retin A. I can't get oral accutane but we have the topical solution. Anyone had any experience with either retin A or Isotrex (topical accutane)? They should be similar according to my research since they are isomers of each other but the Retin A should be stronger. Please advise. ![]() ![]() ![]()

chill bro, its only been 5 days!! Give it some time. I found mine to begin to look very good after only about a weeks time and only continue to get better as time went on. Besides Retin A will dry out your skin, and the B5 as of right now is shrinking your sebacous glands as we speak, so I dont think it is necessary to include the retA. Give it a little longer. Oh, throw in a little vit A and E. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
