the clouds break, the sun shines..my first injection taken care of. Thanks to all the brothers that helped me research my cycle and gave their time to people like me interested in the proper usage of AS.

250mgs sust every 3 days
300mgs deca every 5 days
dbol 35mgs a day for 4 weeks
have plenty of nolva
start clomid two weeks after last shot
100mgs a day for a week then 50mgs a day for another week

400 grams protein daily
400 carbs daily
4000 calories daily
