just curious if there is something outhere that mimics or is similar to nalvadex sold over the counter? heard someone at the gym mention something but couldn't catch what he was saying.

Never heard of OTC nolvadex. And which is better, well it depends on what you need to do. Nolvadex is an anti estrogen drug for preventing gyno, and HCG is a drug to help your test stimulation. | ||

They are still somewhat different. Some of the physiological results attained by use of HCG and Clomid, EG: stimulating you leydig's and natural production of Test, but they are not exactly alike do not have exactly the same properties. The are often used in tandem, especially after a long or significantly high cycle. Choosing one over the other isn't really a fair way to look at these ancillaries.
