Something happened. Maybe it's my eyesight. Maybe I overlooked it. But I've scrolled through the recent posts six times and can't find it. I've even done a search. Nothing. My initial post "EULOGY TO A FALLEN BRO" disappeared. This sucks, it really does. My friend, Tamara, was going to print the entire thread and translate it and give it to little Vlada, whose dad killed himself. Can anybody tell me what happened (I can't imagine a mod intentionally deleting this thread)? Or to help me find it? Or to help me recover it? Dexter ------------------     | ||

Yeah they might of moved it bro....some of them(mods) are hard asses about what stays on the anabolic board....try that chat room..maybe they moved it there | ||

hooch, I can't find it! I even checked the EF Select Board, of which I'm a member. Nothing. Zero. If this was intentionally deleted, then "hardass" is certainly not a term I would use to describe such cruel behavior. And I'm going to keep bumping the hell out of this (unless, of course, somebody decides to delete it) until I get an answer and get that thread back. Man, this really sucks. WELL, I FOUND IT! IN THE ARCHIVES!!!! Last post was posted October 21, 2000 07:47 PM. I hope this was just a technical glitch and not some mindless, cruel and insensitive act on the part of any of the (many) mods on this board. But I copied it to file, the entire thread. That is my consolation, as it hopefully will be to little Vlada. Guess this subject is dead, just like Sasha. It wasn't even allowed to fade away naturally as other topics would replace it. Shit. I buy the Anabolics 2000 Report, I join the EF Select Board. I make a decent (my opinion) post to which dozens of fine bro's reply. And this happens. Dexter ------------------ | ||

Dex, I went to the thread and read it again...I am still in tears...I cannot think of a finer tribute to an Iron Brother as I have read...and you are a living testament to the term " Friendship "!! Hey dex, i didn't move your post and we can't move posts into the archive , that's done automatically. What i've found is that the system will move any post which has a lot of responses if it's inactive for even a short period of time, i think it does this to save space, but hey i could be wrong. Glad you found it though. ------------------ | ||

Thanks, bro's, for the advice and comments. And especially Ranger and E2. I never thought you bro's would ever do such a thing. I just returned from the "Ninth Day" post death get together (traditional Russian Orthodox tradition I still don't understand -- something about the soul still being on earth). A very sad affair. ...and I wonder what happened to George Spellwin, who monitors this board regularly. Mokhtar, whether God is Muslim or Christian, I don't care.
