OK GUYS, SORRY FOR THE VERY LATE UPDATE. OOPS CAP LOCK.
Anyway, here is the story.

Start information:
Stats: Weight = 246 lbs, height = 5'11", bf% = 24 => fbm = 59lbs, lbm = 188lbs
Goal: My goal was to lose approximately 10 lbs of bf without losing muscle mass by day 11 and basically to see how my body would react to this stuff.

Actual info:

General: First ever DNP cycle. The dnp phase of this cycle only lasted 5 days because I was called out of town for work unfortunately. At the last minute before I started I decide to perform this little experiment where I would eat as usual, and only do one physically demanding activity during the cycle. I did this because I wanted to test the results of the dnp, not the workouts or aerobics. Next time I will well I will discuss that at the end.

Ok here it is:

I took 400mg dnp for the first three days along with 1 adipoK, 37.5mg phentermine, 140mg milk thistle, 1200mg alphlipacid, 3000mg pyruvate, 2400mg calcium, 1600mg magnesium, 2400mg nac, 1200iu vitE, 3500mg vitC, 2 multi vitamins, 3 tablespoons glycerol, 6mg melatonin, 250iu vitD.

For the 4th day I took 800mg dnp and the same supplements as above.

For the last day I took 600mg dnp and the same supplements as above.

Now let me break out my notes:

Day 1:
Bf% = 24 (ok, I am a big guy, but I still get lots of poontang!)

Temp @ beginning = 97.6 degF (my normal temp I guess)
Temp @ 6pm = 98.4 degF
Temp @ 9pm = 97.6 degF

Severe diarrhea started in at 4pm. I mean this shit was as thin as water! And it stunk! I believe this was due to the vitC, but hey, I like my eyes, so I just made a poopy-pad with tissue and kind of just left it in my crack and believe me it saved me some laundry!

No noticeable effects other than the poops.

Caloric intake = 1200
Carbs = 110g

No workout

Day 2:

Temp @ 5am = 96.5 degF
Temp @ 11am = 98.6 degF
Temp @ 1pm = 98.3 degF
Temp @ 5pm = 98.2 degF

Still have diarrhea but my piss is not yellow like gatoraid as I expected. Slept like an angel! I love melatonin!

Caloric intake = 1800
Carbs = 150g

No workout

No noticeable effects other than the poops and severe carb cravings. Sweated a little more today.

Day 3:

Temp @ 8am = 97.5 degF
Temp @ 11am = 98.8 degF
Temp @ 4pm = 99.6 degF (highest of the entire cycle)
Temp @ 5pm = 99.1 degF

Fell asleep only 1 hr after melatonin. Great stuff! Slept well, pissing every hour still, no sexual effects!, sweated little more than normal, shit on myself while washing my truck but the poopie-pad saved me, too weak to finish washing the truck anyway, felt dizzy at times, felt like when I would blink my eyes I would have a momentary blurriness.

Caloric intake = 2000
Carbs = 180g

No workout

Workout = washed truck vigorously for 1.5 hours but could not even finish!

Day 4:

Temp @ 7am = 97.6 degF
Temp @ 11am = 98.1 degF

Sweated more last night than ever.

Caloric intake = 2700
Carbs = 340g

Now, I realize that I should have used more dnp. I sweat, but nothing major. More like cold sweats actually. A damp, humid feeling.

No workout

Day 5:

Sweated a lot at the field today in the plant. Had to leave for work, so I ended the cycle here.

Caloric intake = 2800
Carbs = 240g

No workout

CONCLUSIONS:

1. lost 0.5 in my waist, and 4 lbs by day 7 after water bloat had vanished. Never had much during the cycle anyway, but I was drinking a lot of water.
2. I love melatonin!
3. should have taken more dnp!
4. wish I could have stayed on longer.
5. I need softer poopie-pads!

QUESTION:

1. should I have started off with like 1600mg dnp? See why I ask this below. I did a spreadsheet that gave me my dnp levels during this cycle and realized that dnp levels reached this much at the middle/end of the cycle. Why not just start at 1600mg and then maintain that level until end by using just enough dnp to keep that level?

Thanks guys for all your help and take care,

That would be a touch much. For the DNP to really be effective, you need to run it least a week. Start the first few days(3) at a higher dosage(600mg) and drop the dose for the rest(9 days) of the days(400mg). If your more tolerant, go 800mg then 600mg. You really need a good dosage(no 200mg shit) and run it for, in my opinion, at least 8-10 days. Fat burning doesnt begin imeadiatly, it takes a few days to deplete ATP stores and whip the shit out of fat, so short cycles arnt any good.
