All depends on YOUR recovery ability. You will be able to recover faster on AS; however, keep in mind its still possible to overtrain. I would take your normal workout routine and add an extra day. Personally, I never work out more than 4 days/week. I would be overtraining, even while ON.

I would throw legs in on wed, by themselves to give your upper body that much more rest..Then take chest alone on mon, shoulders and bis on fri, and tris and back on sat..Something like that..Bam Bam

M--Chest/Back(CablePull)
T--Deadlift/Shrugs/Abs
W--Off
Th-Shoulders/Back(Chins)
F--Squats/Cavles/Abs
S--Off
Su-Off

I do Bicep Curls on TH, and Tricep Work on M at the end of the workout. 90% of the exercises I do are compound movements (bench, dead, squat, shoulder press, etc).
Thats it. It works great for me.

burnboy ...i am with you. Same type of mentality. If your diet and sleeping patterns are right and you have a good knowledge of training body parts then that approach can bring success. It does with me.
