Starting week 4 of my lovely cycle and making some new headway that I didn't think would happen. Waist has now gone fro ma 36 to a 42. Yes 42. Call me lard ass. Water retention, out the backside. Poundage is up to 239 right now started at 208. A question about water retention. I know all about the water that you are gaining. But can you body retain too much water? Right now my claves, are hurting bad. See the have bloated up so bad with water that the skin is starting to crack some on the front part or my calves. I have been puting lotion on them but this is odd. Never happened before even when on heavier items. If this continues I might hit a duretic to try to get some off this off the body. granted I know it is not good for the body but neither is this much water. I am just hoping that it will slow down at soem point.

Yes Bro,

Too much water is a bad thing indeed....do start taking a few OTC water pills, or 40mg's of Lasix ED...Increase your daily water intake, and Potassium when on the Lasix...!!

God, your BP must be Insane!!!

Well Ranger last Sunday went to the ER for shoulder injury from football. They did look at me starnge when they took my BP and it was 198/96. I just smile, they said it must be from the distress from being in pain about my shoulder. Wouldn't your body know when too much water is being retained and start increasing water output from the body??

Yes Bro...but look at it this way, they are just spinniny their wheels on this...!!!

The human body is a wonderful thing, but it has limitations, hence we chemically enhance!!

Your BP is outrageous Bro...Drop the water...might help to add Nolvadex to help lower the estrogenic water gain...just a thought!!!

I do got some 80mg lasix pills here. I might start to tkae half a pill ED like you suggested. Yes the potassium is a must. I am still one of them old school bros, that believe that nolva during a cycle can hinder gains. It was thought this a long time ago. Hopefully most of the water gains are gone. I olny got one more week on the dbol. I might decrease the doseage down to 30mg from the 40 I am taking. I will leave the Sus and deca at the same dose. Ranger I do thank you for your time and input.
