It always seems like I get nauseuos everytime I train legs and I want to blame it on food still being in my stomach. I usually wait 2-3 hours after eating, what do you guys do?

I have the same problem bro....I get light headed and sick to my stomach....I almost fall down sometimes after a set....I never thought about changing my eating habbits though.

2 hours is good for me. If i do legs on an empty stomach i seem to get light headed and nauseuos.

I think its a fine line, you want to wait long enough to not get nauseous, but not too long that you get weak and need to eat.....

Hmm, i usually train them 1-2 hours after a meal.(I eat 25% protein and 75% SIMPLE carbs before and after training) and these meals a quickly absorbed because of the simple carbs.
I never had problems getting nausea.
If I ate complex carbs in my post workout meal, maybe I would have this problem.

I drink a weight gainer at 2:30 p.m. Take a nap until 4:30,Get up and drink a STRONG cup of coffee,at the gym by 5:15,drink a carbo force,and am squatting by 5:45.

By the way,I get up at 4:20 every morning for work,so by the time I get home from work and have my last pre-workout meal,I have already eaten 4 meals not counting the shake when I get home.

Similar to big hurt, by the way huge Frank Thomas fan too, but Go Yankee's. Anyway, I try not to eat for 3 hours before workout. I have one cup of black coffee before the workout, and still get nausious sometimes. I figure if you don't your not working hard enough, in the summer my gym is so hot I've blacked out a few times over the years, but I think thats more of a breathing/sugar thing. Go do them legs.

This happens all to often to those who blast legs to the max...myself included.

I have passed out, puked down my chest, burst blood vessels in my eyes...Hell, name it!!!

What is occuring is the fact that your legs are extremely vascular, BUT, quite a distance from your heart. When you really take the training to the next level, this pulls a vast amount of blood from the upper body and pumps it to the legs...In essence you go into shock...!!!

Try this...it helps me sometimes. After a hard set, when your able to walk...quickly go to the lat pull, or cable crossover machine...use very light weight and really pump those fuckers out...you want to try and get some blood back to your upper body!!!

If all else fails, eat ball park franks...Yup, you heard me...HOTDOGS!!!

Eat them raw, and take big, big bites...swaller them without chewing...Why, may you ask!!!

That way when you do puke, the chunks are too big to shoot through your fingers!! You now have the option of putting them in your pocket, or eating them again...may save some embarrassment.....heh heh heh...Go with the first plan Bro's!!!

It's all good on LEG DAY!!!!

That's some funny shit Ranger ....good advise though...going to the lat machine sounds like it could be helpful...the hotdogs....hmmmm I've always liked hotdogs..............but only the first time around!! heheee
