I haev done it standing and like twisted half-sitting. Just make sure youll be able to aspirate it. Its not a big deal if you can reach around. Slopain | ||

if your looking for an easy way to inject yourself, inject in yur quad. as far as glute shots, do it in front of a mirror. aspirating is a little tricky but can be done using your thumb. hope this helps | ||

One great piece of advice I got was, with oilbased warm it in water up to about 100degrees farenheit. Makes it go through the needle at least 2x as fast, doesn't bother the AS as its now human temp. Try and let me know. I always warm my vials. ------------------ | ||

how long does it take you to inject, let's say, two cc's of equipose using 1.5 inch needle in the glutes....i use 20 gauges so i think i am probably flooding my ass.... i like the way a 20 gauge feels though, wakes me up in the morning... | ||

I am a P^ssy when it comes to needles.... SO I lay down on the bed. Put both legs up on a pillow. Turn my body into a weird position and with one hand just press the needle in. Though I don't aspirate. I think I'd pass straight out if I saw blood in the pin... I rotate from leg to glute. Damn FINA EOD. If you use a 22 or 23 warm up the oil to make it flow easier. | ||

I have a question concerning glute injection: Wich one is the safiest to inject into ? I heard that before, there's a nerve or something in one glutes that could be critic if you hit. |
