Ive heard its more effective to take short naps, say 15-30 minutes, than it is to take longer naps. Is this true? Also, when taking short naps, does this mean actually falling alsleep, or just lying there relaxing? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I've heard that from a standpoint of refreshing yourself mentally the shorter naps are better, but if you're thinking about growth I'd say the longer ones would be better. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

napping for 15-20 minutes will help you get refreshed but for any longer you will be sleepy when you wake up ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Fuck yeah, my favorite activity after a good nap is taking a long one. I try not to nap, but every Saturday I can't help but fall asleep in the afternoon, after the gym, a big meal and on the couch for College FB, or BB, plus winter is a drag. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
