Nope, thats a result of the hormones going wacky, although being smaller wont help the matter. I typically stay blue for 3 weeks. Its the same when you first go on and when you get off, hormones getting crazy cause you to feel jacked up and also jack you up. Slopain | ||

I'm in the same boat as psyco.I really never fell depressed at all.I feel just as phenomenal off the gear as I do on.If you use ancillaries correctly when coming off,you won't suffer a post cycle crash. ------------------ | ||

oh hell, my problem is being depressed during my Fina cycle. im growing and losing fat. looking real good for a change, BUT, i am so depressed this sucks. it happened in the 2 month im on the 4th month now but it hasnt gotten any worse nor any better. just my .02 | ||

ok, this is a trick i have used and had others use to great success!! We all lose a little stregnth post cycle right? and thats the first major bummer.. try changing your routine around to something youre not used to. example... youre hittin 315 for 10 on the bench, post cycle you cant get it. youre bummed! change things around you have no referance point as to strength. that way you wont notice any decrease. still bust your ass. but you wont have the reminders that youve lost strength! it works! also, the change will do your body good!! STAY POSITIVE!!! | ||

Have you tried cardio? Maybe its in my head but I was thinking the adrenaline from running might be an attitude boost. Of course the down side here is too much cardio just increases muscle loss during your down time---but 2-30 mins a few days a week shouldnt be too bad. ------------------ |
