I was wondering if any of you experienced DNP users find it very important for the fat loss on a DNP cycle to do the cardio in the mornings o.e.s.??
Since (so I was told anyway) the DNP blunts insulin secretion would it make any diff. at all to do the cardio in the mornings, or could I just do it any given time of the day?
(of course not directly following a meal though.)

any form of cardio that you are able to do is an aid to fat loss on DNP. The proble you will find is whether you have enough energy to complete your lifting schedule plus cardio.

Good luck lifting and cardio on DNP, my buddy basically just ate ice cubes and slept for 2 weeks, made it to the gym and yawned a lot.

If your cycle of DNP is right, you dont need the cardio. DNP burns fat well enough as it is. Its a little harder anyways because of shallow breathing that you can get with DNP. Keep on heavy lifting when on DNP and that should be good.

I agree with pupn'Iron. It is damn hard to find the energy for cardio, i barely had enough energy to lift when i was on DNP. Everybodies different but i would get light headed just from hittin the wieghts hard so i didn't even worry about cardio. I still lost about 10 lbs from a one week cycle. Just remeber hydrate hydrate and hydrate.

Thanks for the replys guys, well I'm on day 3 now, and found out that It's impossible for me to do the cardio in the mornings, cause I'm freaking hungry!!!!
So I guess the problem is solved ;9)
