Allright guys this is when I open myself up for criticsm. I am on my first cycle, sust 250 and deca 200 mg for eight weeks. So far I am on week three and have gained 13 pounds. I am eating good but I could do better, I am in school and I work too so I have trouble gettin all my calories. How do my gains compare to what you expierenced on your first cycle. One of my main problems is I am not getting enough water. I am gettin a little more vascular especially in my biceps and triceps, but some of the weight I have gained is water, which is basically usless to me. One of the other problems I have is getting enough food on a college budget. I have been living off hamburger helper for the last three weeks. But beggars cant be choosers. Thanks for the help | ||

Be happy bro, I'm #1-in college, too (TEXAS A&M), and #2-on my first cycle and on day #20...I'm up over 20 pounds, but I was very lean to start and am on 30 mg/day of dbol (and 300 mg/week of eq but it hasn't kicked in yet) so the effects come faster...sh*t, your sust hasn't even really hit you yet! You'll grow, man--invest in a Sam's card, it helps me! Buy sh*t in bulk! Chicken, pork, tuna, pasta, etc., etc. NOW GO EAT...!! ------------------ | ||

Not really the sus wont hit you until week 3 and for some week 4 is when they get the kick. The prop. in there (ESPECIALLY @ 250!) isnt going to be near enough to hit you any earlier. Im going to be honest if this is your first cycle I dont think 13 pounds in three weeks is great, its definetly not shitty, but realistically you could be doing better. I think the low doses arent helping at all, but as you said the bigger problem is the calories - you need to pick up some MRP's or mass gainers its not near as good as real food but its a million times better than skipping a meal. I know exactly how you feel I am on a bigger cycle (not my first though) and I am so hectic at work I literarly have problems getting one good meal while Im there. Thats my life, so I do the best that I can grab as many as I can, but the shakes will save you. If you ever have a choice, hit up real food, otherwise default to the shakes. Slopain Slopain | ||

Weight shakes have been my saving grace. I take weight gainer 2500 every day and I usually get in about four meals. I am just hoping that I will see better gains in starting this week when the sust should kick in. Later Sharps |
