Winstrol will reduce your chances of getting deca induced gyno (progesterone). I have never heard of it reducing pre-existing gyno though.

Later Sharps

blistex00: how long did you have to wait after the surgery untill you could start working out again?

I worked out lower body a few days after the surgery. I waited 3 weeks before doing upper body and started with light bench press. Then 5-6 weeks after surgery I was using heavy weight again.

I went to a plastic surgeon. I didn't even talk to my regular doctor about my gyno. My buddy had his gyno removed about two months before I did by the same doctor. He did a good job with him, no scars or anything, so I decided to go to him. Insurance ended up covering about 80% of the total cost. I think the total cost was somewhere around $3500. So I only had to pay about $700. Later

Do a search on GYNO KILLER a topic I posted a month or so ago. It is supposed to help reduce existing gyno, on paper sounds good, but I have never tried it.

At 75mg per day my gyno was greatly reduced after 10 weeks. A little expensive but it worked. My gyno went from golf balls to marbles.

Ive had them removed since. The scars arent too bad, but there are still small lumps of scarring where the gyno was removed.
