i've been working out for over a year now and lost about 100 pounds. now i'm ready to pump up. i've heard it's easy to get burned trying to buy steriods. so i'd like some advice on what to get and where to get it. what cycle to use would also help. i hate needles so i wpuld like to try to get pill form.

Well first off, you proberly will get several emails from scammers. Stay on the board, and make friends. Don't asked for a source or were can i find steriods(not a way to make friends). What do you mean by Pump up? Do you want to get big or cut up,ect... Whats your stats?

Yeah, you better get to like needles, its the safest route for you to go really, if your going to do steriods. I agree with bsjohnson, if anyone emails you consider them a scam, stick around and hold on to your money - good sources dont spam, scammers do. Well man, I was kind of in the same boat a couple of years ago before I started bodybuilding...I only lost about 40 pounds, but literally fell in love with lifting, running, etc. For now, take your vitamins/minerals, etc., drink a good MRP and some protein shakes, maybe throw in some creatine/glutamine, etc., throw in some ECA to get your metabolism fired up, and eat a good, clean diet. Like the other guys said, be patient, read A LOT, as much as you can get your hands on, and when the time comes and you put together a proposed cycle, post it up and you'll get some feedback...'cause it'll show you did the leg work and are just looking for some fine tuning! Congrats on how far you've come, and best of luck on going even further...no limits, right! ------------------

Buy the book, "Anabolics 2000" try Amazon, then make contacts on the board. Takes a while but if its your goal its worth it. Peace
