(i am a probation officer) Today a guy in my court got arrested for having an empty box of brovel nor200. he was sentenced to 12 months probation and 437 dollars in court costs. so that is 500 for the probation fees plus 437 in court costs. damn 950 dollars for an empty box of nor200. oh yea, it was charged as drug paraphenalia. i talked to him for a while, he is from ontario and was going to florida for a WWF teen bb show or something ------------------

we dont test for roids in our county drug test too damn expensive, i do the tests myself.i test for crack and weed 100% of the time..the others like pcp, barbs, opiates etc i only test for in relating charges | ||

well if he had gotten one of the best three in the area they would have charged him about 4,000 to get him off the charges, so they guy just took probation at 500 dollars | ||

it is worse if you peel the labels off ewen your own use shit, i hate ignorant people,like old fart judges, and primitive police oficers(not you chesty you are a kool guy) for a box, the guy must of been an ass to the judge or the police officer or he had some pins on him, and yes they du test for roids if you dont belive me ask craig titus why you think he went to the slammer, well they tested him because he said he used when he got caught, you right they wount test a crack head for testasterone that is hard to belive but shit happens | ||

i'd like to know for sure in north carolina if on probation for delivery of controlled substance (steroids) if they test for this on probation, or just regular drugs. this shit bothers me i want to cycle again | ||

no not unless you are on probation for dealing steroids and doing steroids, in other words you have to get caught with large amounts and if your layer gets you off on saing it was personal use and that now you are rehabiltating so part of your rehabilitation you will be tested for the roids, this rarely happens if you are known athlete or if you got cash. it is a wery costly test | ||

I am at a loss as to why he was charged and convicted of possesing drug paraphenalia. I mean then having the book war or similar reference material can be construed as drug paraphenalia. I stopped a car once and the guy had marijuana pipe on on him that he made in wood class. It had never been used and while it was "paraphenalia" we did not do anything because it would have been a waste of time for us and the kid and his parents. I fail to see how an empty box could get him spanked, now if he had an empty bottle that would be a different story. Because the law does not specify minimums for possession. Even the most minute amount is enough to nab you for possession. It might be that he was from Canada, and the US wanted to set yet another shining example the outsiders. | ||

ok like i said yes you are on probation for delivery of steroids and your po said they don't bother to check for that and you have allready passed one piss test although not on a cycle now, if you were to cycle again just wear big clothes, it's winter here anyway.do you think you would believe her? iknow it cost alot and all | ||
