Its bullshit, Ihave been taking zinc since I am 13 for about 15 years now, and I still have a lsight case of gyno, and no I never did AS

I continue to take zinc and I do not doubt its health benefits but as far as gyno....no I dont think so

I posted a topic a while back on a GYNO KILLER cycle that was suppose to reduce your gyno, I don't think it had zinc in it.
