Has any one used the decrease the day cycle. Sounds like it may be an effective intoduction to a first time user. Its listed in G.S.'s Cutting and Bulking guide. Example given uses 8 redi-ject sustenon 250 day 1 250mg day 14 250mg day 24 250mg day 31 250mg day 38 250mg day 44 250mg day 49 250mg day 54 250mg ------------------ | ||

Two or three years ago everyone was recommending newbies to try the dtd cycle and everyone praised the results. For some reason it lost its popularity and disappeared off of the face the boards until now. I never did a dtd cycle but it just doesn't make sense to me. It is a way of ramping dosage by increasing dosing frequency instead of dose volume. To me it seems more logical to do the dtd cycle backwards so that you will get a fast build-up of test and a slow taper. The only people that I have ever heard about using the dtd cycle were first timers and they could have grown off of anything so it doesn't add any validity to the dtd cycle. I would recommend 500mg a week for 8-12 weeks over the dtd cycle but that is just me. Later, |
