Bro, I�m on week three of my deca/winny cycle, and I have to tell you that, in my case, it isn�t a cutting cycle. I have already gained a little more than 10 pounds, I�m noticiable bigger, but also smooth. I lost all my definition!! I have been doing aerobics ED, eating healthy and working out hard as hell. I hope the bloat will go away after the cycle. Later | ||

Yep, Mr. H & Burnboy are correct. The winny, fina and eq combo are untouchable when it comes to cutting up for a show. I have never looked or felt so good as when on that cycle. | ||
