I hate doing legs too, I used to like doing them but I hate doing them now. I do the basics though, leg curls, stiff legged deadlifts, squats, leg extensions, thats it. | ||

NEVER MISS ANY BODYPART DAY.When you go onstage you can't. Lee Priest is famous for saying guys wear sweats to cover there legs everyday but when they go on stage they wear posing trunks. To me being on stage without hardly anything on is enough reasons to squat my ass off. another bonus chicks dig nice butts. | ||
