Hey people what�s up� Just thought id put a small article together on aas (mostly for people new to juice). I remember what I was like when I first started, didn�t know what doses to take what stacks to use for bulking/cutting didn�t know about anti estrogens, didn�t know how long to do a cycle for and a lot more. Firstly the average male produces anywhere between 4-7mg of natural testosterone / day. Over a week that is between 28mg and 49mg. The younger you are the more likely you are producing the higher amount or thereabouts. Once you start taking steroids you are gonna find it harder to put on mass when not on cycles. So first off reach your natural maximum before starting to juice. The number one problem/risk of using steroids is lack of knowledge/experience. Learn from other people�s mistakes rather than making your own. Ok this only applies to newbies which for arguments sake is anyone who has done no more than 4 cycles. You do not need more than 500mg of test / wk. Think about it if naturally you produce 28-49mg then 500mg is between 10 & 18 times as much. As with training more is not always better. If you can grow on 500 why want to take 1000. You wont gain twice as much (well maybe sides). Taking the fact that you are also going to stack something else with it then you are getting more than enough. Protein I like to keep at 350grams + / day and eat 5500 calories. I gained 37lbs of mass on my first cycle and kept 28. It was an 8 wk cycle and consisted of testoviron, deca and d bol. Oral drugs are toxic, some of them highly toxic. If you are scared of needles get over it cause it is the best way to go about increasing lean mass. I don�t feel the need to do clomid EOD on a cycle but only in the last 1 or 2 wks and continued to 2 wks after I have stopped. I do however use Nolvadex at wk 3 of all my mass cycles @ 20 mg daily. Not only helps prevent gyno and other sides but I believe it also prevents a lot of water retention. Best cutting cycle in my opinion is winny, clen, T3 and 250mg of test/wk. If you can afford 500mg then go for it. T3 is highly potent and you shouldn�t take for more than 3 wks on. And no more than 100mcg for more than 4 days. Cycle up and then down 1112223334444 then back down or something like that. Clen 2 on 2 off is good and when you are off on clen take ephedrine. This combo shreds like no other. Nuff said on the topic. Hope this helps a few people who are thinking of or about to start a cycle. Train hard, Train heavy, Eat heavy and grow. As Paul Borrenson says if you want to get 20lbs heavier you need to eat like a man who is 20lbs heavier. | ||
