Hey bro, calm down.
What the man said was do some reading, and then he will help you if you need it!
From your question it is easy to see that,
1. either you didn't do one search on the net for clen, or
2. your'e question didn't come out sounding the way you planned.

So, check out some of the sites for drugprofiles on clenbuterol. It'll tell you the exact dosing regimen etc.
