I train abs twice a week.
Hanging leg raises 3sets of 15
Crunches (feet elevated) 3sets of 25
Rope Crunches 3sets of 20
or
seated knee tucks 3sets of 20
roman chair situp 3sets or 15
crunches 3sets of 25

Train one after another (i.e. do rope oblique set followed by rope crunch)
Rope Oblique 3 x 40
Rope Crunches 3 x 40

Train one after another (i.e. do hanging oblique set followed by hanging crunch)
Hanging Oblique 3 x 15
Hanging Crunches 3 x 15

Knee ups 3 x 40
Legg raises 3 x 40
