High normal to high (from 130/80 to 140/90 or so) is not too serious. A lot of bros say the same thing about 190/110, which I disagree with; that will mess a brother up. It could be that your arm is now too big for the BP cuff, which will increase readings. Carrying around extra flesh will increase BP too. Have you had a blood lipid profile done lately? You might be laying down deposits in your arteries, and gear can mess with your blood cholesterol. Unlikely though, so don't sweat it. Keep monitoring your BP, you may want an ACE inhibitor if it keeps moving up. Ask for a blood lipid profile next chance too. Otherwise, just relax, don't worry. Peace!

250 really is a very low dose. Barely enough to make noticable physically visual gains. My guess is your diet had too much fat and salt. You have to stay away form the sodium if you're going to use AS, if your so predisposed to high BP as seen by the low dose and change in your body, you might want to tell your MD you are using and try and find out why, incase it is something else. My BP was the same way bro. Always perfect before until 5 weeks into a test/eq cycle. It jumped up a lot. It caused me to come off the cycle because I was too worried about it and it stayed like that for two months after my cycle. I later found out that I have anxiety and take medicine to help it and my BP is in the 1-teens/mid 70's. Just give it time and don't worry about it. It'll come back down. Good luck, Green

My BP is a little high, but get this. In the morning it will be 150/90, but in the evening after a workout it can go as low as 115/75. I've read where your BP is always higher in the morning. Get a BP moniter from a pharmacy and take readings at different times of the day.Get the one without the cuff that goes on your wrist..
