I'm cutting now, but while bulking I take in between 6000 and 7000 a day. I'm also 6'2" and it takes at least that much for me to really gain. | ||

I try to take in at least 4000 calories per day, sometimes less sometimes more, just depends on how my day goes. It is very hard to be consistent. | ||

damn i NORMALY eat 3500-4000 calories all year around. when i bulk i east 7000 and im not even that big (im only 18) | ||

I TRY to get 4000 while bulking, but I dont always make even that total. I cant see how you guys are taking in 6-7000 calaries unless you are eating stuff like Whoppers & Big Macs. Plus (I mean no offense here), but alot of us are hampered by our work schedules in terms of eating constantly. I recently made the shocking discovery that sust. dont do shit unless you are inhaling huge #s of calaries. Aside from primo or winny, could you guys suggest something that might be effective in the 4k daily calorie range? Any type of test. forgiving in this respect? Thanks buds ------------------ | ||

Yeah my cals range from 4000-4600. I basically upped my cals about 2000. I couldnt imagine eating any more than this cause its hard enough getting 4600. I think a lot of the diets consisting of that many cals would be extremely unhealthy! | ||

Excuse me...I own a health store. And those Caloric intakes are not the desired amounts for optimum gains. I would be happy to put together a diet for you...It will tell you amount of protein per pound of bodywieght and also the amount of calorie consumption for your individual body and metabolism...I will be happy to do the same for anyone giving adequate time....Just trying to make friends. i got a monster appetite so i got no trouble taking in 5000+ clean calories. cutting is a true test of will for me though. | ||
