Hey bros, i got a problem here. Im three weeks into a sust/dbol cycle, and i feel like crap today. It feels like allergies, but im almost positive its due to lack of sleep. I just cant sleep at night, im tired, but the mind just wont shut down so i can sleep! Well my main queston is, Do you think i should train today or just rest? and my follow up question is, Help me get to sleep!? Im trying meletonin at 3 mgs before bed, smoking a joint, teylenol pm, nothing is working! Help me out bros!

I got the same problem bro, and I am off cycle. I just can never sleep. I have school and work all week, but cannot fall asleep before 4am. But, I usually dont have to get up until 12 so I am kind of lucky. Cough medicine with codiene or nyquil usually puts my ass out if I need to get up early for something.

Same problem bro. Dbol, Sus cycle, only have good sleep on the weekends for some reason, and its usually an afternoon nap and I'm up all night again. I am not into sleeping aids as I figure I am adding enough stuff to my system. Lately, I've been doing an extra 30 min cardio and eating about 100 grams of protien, try turkey breast before bed and its been working. I am still waking up but I have been falling asleep for about a week with this one. Let me know how it goes. I am going off the d'bol today as its the end of my 5 weeks on, so I think things should ease up anyway. Good Luck.

Try some melatonin and Kava Kava..it should help you out a bit...or do like I did and move in with your yappy girlfriend..puts me to sleep like a charm.

Try Melatonin 3mg, and Valerian root. Take both at least 30 min before bed. If that does'nt work try two Valerian root and keep the melatonin at 3mg. If that doesnt work time to see a Dr. its pretty easy to get a prescription for sleep problems. Lastly if you are close to the border, theres always valium (works great!!)

What you eat before bed can make a difference. Stay away from carbs and hard to digest protein. Also try 5HTP from a health food store. If your doses of juice are higher than normal cut them back alittle.

I have also started having problems with sleeping. Ive been on my cycle 17 days, and just this week ive started waking up and being uncomfortable while sleeping. I get hot as hell, and sweat too. This has only been going on for the past 2 nights, but it isnt terribly bad. I woke up this morning after getting almost 8 hours of sleep, and i felt more tired then i have in a month! I dont understand it......if i am waking up every 2 hours during the night, and screwing up my sleep, would that make sense as to why im so damn tired??? I am tired all freakin day until i get in the gym, and then im tired again afterwards! I am always tired!!!!! I have to start drinking coffee again!!!!! :)

Try to get a supply of GBL. 2 grams will knock you out cold and you will have no after effects the next day. The only problem is that the Fed's have made it illegal in most places. It is still attainable in Mexico with the name brands of Renewtrient or Revitalant.

It looks like we're in the same boat. I too am 17 days into a sust/deca/dbol cycle... and I'm having the same issues.

I slept for 9 hours last night and I just had to sleep in my car for an hour during my lunchbreak at work because I was so tired! Even after my nap, i'm tired as hell.

Email me -- we should compare notes through this cycle.

Hey hardcore know the feeling bro ext tired justing getting over some kind of flu every since the first one. I will not do this again I hope this ARA-T starts doing something positive soon besides making my hair shinnier than the tires on my truck I think I figured out why they call it AR-A = (Armor-All)lol we will see in a few weeks I will let everyone know the gains if any haha

15 mg of Melatonin should do the trick, I take ten almost every night, but you will wake up groggy at such a high dose. If that's the case ambeian is for you.

Eating a turkey dinner does good stuff for me. You ever had a big thanksgiving meal and wanted to fall right to sleep? Turkey has the highest levels of tryptophan, the amino needed to make serotonin, the neurotransmitter most active in regulating the sleep cycle. This is why 5HTP (tryptophan metabolite, serotonin precursor)works. Honestly though bro, eating turkey for my last two meals does wonders for my sleep. Hope it helps with yours. Peace!

u know what ususally puts me out at night. when i stuff my face full of food! like im TOTALLY stuffed! that always makes me sleepy! and i hurd some1 say jurk off. personally i wouldnt, it lowers ur test.

I too have had trouble sleeping (Deca/Sust/D-Bol). I woke up once sweating my ass off. What the hell is that from anyway? Anyway, I tried Melatonin (6mg) before bed. It worked at first, now it doesnt seem to work that well. I use GBL to get to sleep now. I dont like to use it all the time though. Anyway, that shit will put you out cold. If you can get some, its well worth it.

Get you some prescription sleeping pills such as Ambien or Restoril, I think you feel like crap from the sustanon or it could be from the high blood pressure from the dbol.
