Three weeks into a cycle of T200, Deca, and dbol and I got a little to ambitious with the squats and aggravated a recurring lower back injury, dr. says I should lay low for at least 3 weeks, no lifting over 5lbs! He also gave me some cortico steroids to aid in the swelling in my lower back. Is this going to fuck everything up when taking my other gear? By the way, the cortico steroids(dexamethasone) look exactly the same as the Thai dbol I have.

Hey, he gave you oral dexamethasone? I've only heard of using it with iontophoresis (transdermally). Your gear should counter the nasty effects of the corticosteroids, although the corticosteroids will limit your growth just a tiny bit. What is the injury? Good luck bro. Peace!

Listen! Let your injury heal..If you pinch a disk or worse, you will pay forever. You have to get healthy, bro, then start lifting again. Screw squats! You don't need them. Stay way from spine compression altogether.

See a Chiropractor if you really want to get at the source of the problem. Drugs have their place, however drugs don't re-align misplaced (subluxated) vertebrae, which undoubtedly is part of the problem.
Good Luck

The guys are right. Taper off the gear and cut your losses. A permanent injury is not worth 10 pounds (that you can gain once you are healed).

Switch to hack squats and smith squats and skip any exercises like barbell rows or stiff leg d lifts where the low back is at risk.. Take it easy for awhile and let it heal. Get into the habit of doing hyperextentions every back workout and maybe on another day as well.

Thanks for the responses. They did an MRI but are unsure if it is muscular or disk related. When I start lifting again, I think I will just use the leg press machine along with the leg curl machine for a while. I think I am going to continue the gear usage to counteract the effects of the corticosteroid.

Watch the leg presses too bro. They tend to hurt my low back depending on the range of motion.

I would agree with all who say rest and get healthy. If you continue to push through the
injury on juice the added strength you gain
will cause reaggravation or more damage.
I don't Know your injury but the bottom part
of the leg press is dangerous with a back injury and I would not
even attempt it.
