Two weeks ago I've done some h.i.t.-training for my chest (100 reps). Last week I did my normal workout -> I've noticed more muscle pain than normal and for three days!! This week I decreased my intensity dramaticly and still I have abnormal muscle pain. Could this be beacause I'm overtraining?? B.t.w. I'm not on a cycle now. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Muscle pain is not really a sign of overtraining, well there is no such thing as overtraining just undereating and under-resting!! heh heh! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I'm not very fond of high-rep work. This sounds more like tendonitis, a low-level strain, or some other inflammation. Give it some rest and take some motrin (ibuprofen) or aspirin. Keep reps lower. I don't believe in more than 20 reps per set, or more than 60 reps of one lift in a day. Just me though. Hope it helps bro. Peace! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
