When doing slow controlled barbell curls my wrists feel as though they are going to snap, i am doing reps with 110lbs and i can squeeze 8 out per set, but my wrists give up before my biceps, i feel i can go heavier on the weight but my wrists wont let me, my forearms are big and strong and my bi`s are developing nicely but i am at a bit of a dead end as far as inceasing the weight.

Any ideas bros?

Use dumbbells instead of bar, since this will let your joints accommidate to the various phases of motion. It may decrease how much you can do, but you will catch up and your joints will thank you for it. Let me know what you think. Peace!
