Is winstrol and deca alright for a cycle for a female, 125lbs 32years old, How much of each needed for a 8 week cycle, or would a 2 on 4 off cycle be best. This is her first cycle. ------------------

You're crazy to start her on that. Get some Oxandrolone start her at 5mg/day and see how she reacts, then go to 10mg/day STOP THERE. You want to check for signs of virulization. IF she can handle that for 8 weeks then you might try deca/winny. But I am predicting she will be very happy with the OX and won't need anything else.

50mg if winny inj EOD worked great for Fitness Chick. You should really post this over on the womens forum..every women is different in how they react to sides and I would not recommend such a stack for a newbie. Try one AS at a time so you can monitor her response to it. She may have no problem with winny but the Deca might make her a baritone or vice versa.

dont do deca if you risk being tested at the show you talked about, or any show for that matter - male or female

Oh, boy.... First, get you butt over to the Women's board and read up. Second, do not give deca to a first time user, especially when under the direction a novice assistant (that would be you) There is little room for error. And to compound this problem, one never knows the threshold and tolerances that result in sides. Each lady is different. Take some time and learn. Third, and MOST important, get HER involved in the process of knowing what is involved. It will really suck to take responsibility for a resulting permanent sides.... If she will not take the time and learn herself, then I think you are setting out on the wrong foot right out of the gate. And is also a good indication that this is not really something she wants. ------------------ Lobo |
