Maybe somone here can help with this. I was planning on my first cycle of deca/sust/dbol until I had to leave the country for three months (during which I couldn't workout for shit),but before I left I was 220 11%bf I could bench over 350 and squat 495, but now I can barely get 295 on the bench and my bf has reached 15%. My question is should I wait and train hard to get back to where I was before taking a cycle? I mean if I start now will it just put me back to where I was? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Hey bro you should definetely wait till you get back to where you were. I know you may be looking forward to grow fast while using but the reason most use is cause the heave reached there genetic max. Clearly not the case with you. If you naturally get back up to where you were before then you will further add on an extra 15-20lbs and much more to bench and squat max. Hope this helps, Later

I would lift hard at least a month using high weight, to maximize your neural efficiency. This means that your body will have to resort to hypertrophy to adapt further to training, and will get the most out of a cycle. Just my opinion. Peace! ------------------ |
