Well I have been injecting for a lomg while, 2 days ago was one of my worst expereinces ever. First off I draw the fluid up in the needle no problems. I'm using 23gauge and 1 inch needles"since thats all they had at the drug store" Anyway thats not the problem. I injected into my left glute. Hurts like hell going in So I switch the needle on the syringe. It goes in great no prob. but after the injection It hurt like hell Like someone licked me in the ass. A couple hours later it really starts bruising. I cant sit on that side of my ass at all. The next day I have a knot on my ass so I go to the hot tub and massage it out. Feals good for a while then It just balls up again. Meanwhile Around the injection site its read and purple. All fucked up. The next day the redness goes away and I just have a bruise and can't sit down at all. What in the hell happened it still hurts like hell. Any ideas on what to do. Never have I had this happen I take all precautions. Thanks for the help     | ||

You did the aspiration test...no problem?It sounds like a hematoma. | ||

Yep...probably just a little brusing jay...you said you had to inject twice right?...basically same spot too...just bruised the muscle...on of the injections i did for my friend last week was seamless..but it bruised and made his ass sore for a couple day but the injection it's self was fine...don't sweat it bro....and get your ass back on my board once and awhile ------------------ | ||

I got scared about a little bruising WTF? Fuck I take down 300lbs lineman and piss blood every other week and I get worried about a bruise. Ah shit. I had to put a pillow in my jeep just so I could drive | ||

I have trouble with the left glute sometimes too, being right handed. Seems like I get in at a bad angle and twist the damn thing around. Gives me a bruise also. I just go with quad injections now, never a problem with them. |
