That stuff is very dangerous. If you are going to take it you need to get blood tests very regularly. You can die in your sleep as the blood thickens up. Unless I knew a Dr to help me I wouldn't touch that stuff. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

EPO isn't of much use to strength or power athletes, just endurance athletes. While people ceratinly have died from using it, used INTELLIGENTLY (like many people don't) it is not too terribly dangerous. Used in very small doses with aspirin or coumadin (to thin the blood), drinking lots of water, avoiding tobacco, and eating smart, it will improve aerobic performance.
