I think I must be the unluckiest jerk around. I start this bulking cycle about 1 1/2 weeks ago. First I get a sust flu al duringthe first week. I barely worked out. Tonight I go to the gym(shot up again last night) to do shoulders and legs. As I was woking my second set of shoulder presses my right elbow starts to throb!! to the point of real pain!!! The more I did the worse the pain was. I could not work through it!! About a day before I started my cycle I arm wrestled some dude and beat him, but my elbow was a little sore. Now it is on fire!! Years ago when I used to arm wrestle alot I had an injury that took over a month to heal!! This feels just like that pain!!! I ended up just working legs and going home pissed. If this is a month long injury, should I stop my cycle??? So far I have shot 750 Omna twice, and 400 of deca twice. Taken 8 d-bols a day for the entire time so far. Is it too late to stop without side effects??/ Even with clomid??? I would hate to do eight weeks of abs and legs only!!! This was the same pain as i had years ago!! Last week it hurt but, since I wasn't realy lifting(flu) I just figured when the water from the d-bol and the deca kick in It won't hurt anymore. Well is still does. should I stop and see?? How should i stop??

Rest it as much as you can. Ice it at least 3 times a day (or as often as you can), for about 20min at a time. Crushed ice in a damp towel wrapped tightly around the joint would be good. Take motrin (ibuprofen) or aspirin to control the inflammation. You might consider taking glucosamine, since we are all bound to get osteoarthritis sooner or later (although this sounds more like a medial epicondylitis, golfer's elbow lol). Stopping cycle is up to you bro. My advice would be to continue lifts that don't cause pain, stop juicing, and start clomid in a week, 50 mg eod. Next week, 50 mg ed. Save the goods for a time you could make better use of them. Or else you could keep juicing, and just consider the deca as medicinal therapy. Good luck bro. Peace!

ARM WRESTLING!!!!????!?!???!??!


That has got to be one the best ways to royaly fuck up your shoulder and elbow. I arm wrestled a guy at bike week 2 years ago in Laconia,NH and could not do shoulders for 3 Months, and really pulled my bicep and wrist.

Bro, you gotta calm down with the silly shit when ON... your most important goal is to stay healthy (no fights,no stunts,no injuries).

But as far as your injuries go if your elbow bothers you can work around or do less weight and avoid excercises that hurt ( which is gonna be tough since it is your elbow)

Anyhow give it a few days and see if it doesn't get better.
