i never have done this before but today i drank a high carbo drink before a workout, and it gave me more energy and stamina, if i consume carbs before i guess that would mean i dont need the same amount after, if i didnt drink before my workout. what do you guys do? (other then any ergogenic) ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Since I work out first thing in the morning, but am trying to bulk up, I like to eat a little something...PowerBar makes a ProteinPlus bar now that tastes good that I eat about 20 minutes before training, then I sip some good 'ole Gatorade (and a bottle or 2 of water) while lifting...helps me from getting sleepy or lethargic during the workout... ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
