At what dose should you take it and how often. Do the side come back when you stop using. Any info would be great

only take nova when needed (irriated nipples)
Some say that takes from you gains because it competes with your juice for the receptor site.
But you should always have some on hand. Its wise to take it for a few weeks after your cycles with clomid
