Even when juicing i'm not satisfied with my legs.Iknow being over 6ft with long legs can make it harder to build good size,but hell,if any of you guys can offer some advice,i'll gladly take it. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I have big legs for my 6' frame. I have always done "ass to the floor" squats, deadlifts and lunges for leg days. Forget about those useless leg presses, extentions, and hamstrings bullshit. It just doesn't do much. Heavy calves are the key and if they still don't grow, use PGF2 on those calves (if you have the balls to deal with the pain). ![]() ![]() ![]() |
