Not sure if this is something that happens to everyone, or if this is something of a serious nature & someting that i should be concerned about. twice now within the last 5 months i went into convulsions while sleeping. it only lasts about 10-20 seconds. its difficult to explain, but i would wake up knowing that something doesn't feel right with my body, then the convulsions begin. has anyone experienced this? its very unnerving. i dont like going to the doctor, because probably the first question he's going to ask is "are you taking any type of drug or medication"? if your taking A/S, that goes on your medical records (which i dont want for obvious reasons). on the other hand, if your not honest about what your taking, then it may be difficult for the doctor to give you an accurate diagnosis. any opinions on this??? ------------------

First, let me say FUCK ME. This is serious shit. DO NOT let it go it will only get worse. Could be epilepsy, could be a brain tumour, could be anything - but whatever it is it IS serious. Go to a doctor NOW. If they ask what you're taking you tell them. They are not the police and will not dob you in. They cannot treat you if they don't know what you're taking. Please, this is very VERY serious. Do not wait - go to the doctor today. IronMike

Big toes, this could be life threatening. I am an RN and far from and an expert on this stuff but you need to see an MD and then he needs to refer you to a neurologist. Putting you on some anti seizure meds might be in order if this continues or the MD's findings warrant anything. ------------------

I agree with going to the doc but i would stop any A/s your taking Now and make sure that the doc would not put this on your record or jot any notes that any INSU company can get or it Will come back to bite you and the doc will find the problem through the tests he will have done with or without the A/S knowledge Thats just my 2 cents. |
