Since I'm bored tonite i'll post some questions for you all that I have been pondering. 1)Currently 3 weeks into a Sust cycle, I've been noticing I've been literally falling into comas at night when I go to bed. I mean I sleep 10-12 hours straight!! Is this normal? I sleep like a baby too..very deep. I always read that AS affected sleep negatively by keeping you up at nights..has anybod else expereinced this?? Comments? 2)I have noticed it has been very hard for me to eat 3500-4000 clean calories and feel the need for junk food just to "fill" my requirements. Has anybody else done this and not gained little to no fat after a cycle? I havent noticed anything but a little fat gain but I figure most of it is water which I'm trying to combat by taking 10 mg of Nolvadex a day during my Sust cycle..Comments?? 3) My last question is this: I figure and have always planned that during this 8 week Sust cycle I would try to gain as much mass as possible. Mainly muscle and if I gain a little fat so be it. Then I planned that after those 8 weeks I would start a short 6 week cycle of Winny to harden and tighten the muscle. But here's the catch, Can I go into a cutting cycle immediately after the Sust cycle and during my winny cycle to lose any fat I had gained during my 8 weeks? I figure the Winny and of course Clomid will help me keep most of that mass i put on, and my cutting diet will help me take the fat off. Comments? Suggestions? 1-You're probably training harder, putting more stress on your muscles, which also puts more stress on the nervous system...??? 2-I love eating and have finally decided to say 'what the f*ck' and just gain as much weight as possible...cutting up has become easy for me--used to be the opposite...I'd do the winny @ 50 mg/day for 4-6 weeks, overlapping is completely optional, depending on your goals and whatever else you'll take... 3-EAT, EAT, THEN EAT SOME MORE...I think Paul Borrenson said in the Governor that "A true bodybuilder is either protuding at the waist due to being literally stuffed with food, to the point of drowsiness--or cold and hungry 24/7 on a precontest diet!" I NOW AGREE WITH HIM...ONLY EXTREMES WILL YIELD EXTREME RESULTS!! And one more quote from Twister..."I am the extreme!" ------------------ |
