your training should be the same pick 1 body part per week or every 8 days and train it. WHen you train it train it as heavy and hard as you can then take enough time to recover adn train again. | ||

Curious to see if while on a cycle, most people work a body part more than once a week due to increased recovery while on AS..... Anyone have any thoughts on it? | ||

I'll be starting a sust/deca cycle soon.. I plan on working each bodypart twice a week excect legs. I'll have a heavy day for each body part then a "moderate" day...i.e higher reps. Legs just once a week though.... my $.02 | ||

I would continue to keep bodyparts at once a week for 4 days on/week. Whenever I start my first cycle I plan on hitting it heavy and hard in the 5-6 rep range. | ||

i have been training as heavy as i have ever trained since i started my cycle ..what i mean by that..is my weight has jumped dramatically ...i will do ..3 to 4 sets..ranging from 10 reps ..going down to 6 ...and then sometimes ill go really heavy and only be able to get like 3 reps...my muscles are fried when i leave...i just eat ..and rest then do it all over again
