Bro, I bet I'm one of very few here that actually...ENJOY CARDIO! I love to run, and actually miss it when I'm bulking. Right now, I'm on dbol and eq and I'm up 20 pounds in 2 weeks, so if I try to run more than about 5 minutes, my knees and ankles kill...but, to answer your question...yes, at least 2-3 times per week for 20-30 minutes a session, always in the morning on an empty stomach! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

During a bulking cycle not much if any. Only if I start to put on the fat too quickly and then I usually only have too adjust my carbs. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
