I always pull back but i get air in the syringe. Am i pulling back to far on the needle? I just want to be sure there is no blood in the syringe, so how do i avoid this amount of air to be sucked into the syringe?

When your drawing back don't contiune to draw back. If your in a vien it takse very little suction to get blood in the needle. When pulling back if you see an air bubble forming then you are not in a vien so stop drawing back at that point and inject.

That is not air, if the syringe is new that is a vacuum. Same thing when drawing up a oil with a small needle. Vacuum.

It is your own bodily fluid that 'bubbles' in the oil. You're pulling that out instead of blood.
