Thanks for making my diet so easy. I have never had so many cheeseburgers and gotten rippped at the same time. There is no need to suffer on a diet when you can whip up one of these bad boys everyday.

1/2 pound 95% lean beef
1 whole wheat hamburger bun
1 Fat Free slice of cheese
2 tomato slices
a bit of ketchup and mustard
cook for 6 minutes!

440 Calories / 57 grams of protein
and one very full stomach. I have been having one of these everyday for the past 2 weeks on my diet (with a lot of thermogenics of course and I am ripping up quick.)

I made steak and chicken kabobs last friday. All meat and vegetables, you can't go wrong.

If you don't have one go get one. You can make your food so damn fast you won't have any excuse to not eat well bulking or cutting.

HEY MAN, YOU FORGOT TO MENTION WHAT. DID YOU BUY YOUR OWN PERSONAL GEORGE FOREMAN TO COOK IT FOR YOU?

SERIOUSLY, THE GEORGE FOREMAN 'MEAN LEAN FAT BURNING WHATEVER GRILLING MACHINE' IS PRETTY NICE.

After I posted that I forgot to mention that I was talking about the grill. George doesn't come by and cook for me, neither does my wife so I am on my own with the George Foreman grill.

Tonights meal was Filet Mignon with roasted red peppers and balsamic vinagarette. O.K. not the leanest cut of meat but damn it was GOOD!

The Foreman grill is great, cooking fish, chicken, or burgers is a breeze. Cleaning is a bitch though. Wal-Mart sells a knock-off version that is very similar but the insides are removable and can be cleaned in the dishwasher. It's cheaper too.

Something to add to the cooking arsenal, a good "ol' fashioned" crock-pot. Do people even know what these are anymore? Not fast (obviously) but for kick-ass meals without much hassle throw in a high-quality roast, cut up a few potatos, carrots, onions, shrooms, Worcester sauce, some olive oil, salt/pepper (other) and cook for 12-20 hours. Makes a few large meals that taste great.

Later,

EASY CLEANING FOR GEORGE!!!

Cleaning is a snap if you just do this...
1. Unplug the thing and remove food.
2. Wet two or three paper towels after you have your plate fixed.
3. Place the wet towels on the grill and close the lid, make sure they are driping wet , it is unpluged, and the drip tray is in place.
4. When you have finished eating, just wipe away anything there, if needed a wet sponge will finish the job!!!

If you can find an equivilent for cheaper price, by all means get the cheaper one. I have one, but it's overpriced cause it's endorsed by a celebrity. Paying big $$$$ for the name. Shop around. After a while I get tired of it. Yes I make and eat two steaks day quickly, but since it cooks so fast the meat isn't as tender. The grill is great for burgers though.

Amp, I remember seeing your bulking pictures. You looked very beefy with a nice big back. How is your diet and everything? Are you noticing fat loss while keeping all your muscle? Are you on a cutting cycle now? Just curious here. Thanks.

Upjohn,

Today is day 15 of my diet and it is going awesome. I am taking a combo of Lipokinetix and Triax everyday (stuff makes me hot as hell all day long). Cardio 4 mornings a week on an empty stomach for 35 minutes and 3 times a week after weight training for about 20 minutes. For gear I am using about 500mg a week of winny(I love winny - call me crazy but I am shooting and drinking it)- don't flame me for that guys just love that someone is out there doing it. Also I have added 350mg week of equipoise (never taken it before). I am going to do this for about 8 weeks. I am not looking to get shredded, I just need to lean out from gaining fat for the past 12 months. Then after Christmas I plan on doing a super bulking cycle to see if I can achieve another 15 solid pounds while not letting my bodyfat climb as high as I let it before. I am taking pics every 2 weeks and will show my progress towards the end.

Long live the Foreman grill!
