Well, I'm up 20 pounds, exactly 10/week. My joints are a bit sore, especially when I tried to jog a little this morning, but my weights are up in the gym and I'm getting great pumps. BTW, I'm on eq @ 300 mg/week and dbol @ 30 mg/week right now...from trying all sites, I now prefer delts and quads to glutes 'cause it's easier to see what I'm doing and they're less sore the next day. I'm a lot hungrier, but I think it's 'cause I'm training a lot harder, 'cause the eq hasn't even really kicked in yet...can't wait to start seein' some crazy veins. Water retention's not too bad, I took some dandelion root last week 'cause I got really bloated the first week but I'm going to stop for a few days so that I get the most out of the dbol. I am also on eq 300mg a week. this is the end of my 4th week. I'm stacking it with 25mg of whinny ed. I'm up 8 lbs. I'm harder, my veins are popping out and i cant stop eating ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Yes, the 30 mg/week was a typo, I'm taking 30 milligrams of dbol every single day, every 4 hours...it's funny you're the first to notice (and I'm an English major!)...Swollen, my workouts are M-legs, low back, abs; W-lats, chest, traps/neck, abs; F-arms, shoulders, abs; T-TH-S=20-30 minutes of LIGHT CARDIO, since gaining 20 pounds in 2 weeks is a killer on the knees and ankles; and I usually take Sundays off...as far as diet goes, I eat every 2-3 hours (shake in the middle of the night, too...) and I'm taking in about (I think...) 4000 calories a day. I'm not as calculated out as compared to pre-contest dieting, just ample portions at each sitting, but I watch the carbs after 5-6 p.m. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
